We are searching for call center agents for our national and international campaigns. We handle both inbound and outbound calls, you have to dial and answer the calls.

Your prior responsibility is to answer the customer call and solve the issue i.e. to take orders, answer queries, troubleshoot problems, and information gathering, and tackle complaints regarding products or services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responding inbound calls and creation outbound calls.
  2. Handling Customer complaints and making them happy customers.
  3. Follow up on your customer’s calls to give them updates.
  4. Creative and flexible communication scripts for upselling and cross-selling.
  5. To understand market potential, go through market research.
  6. Update and review the client’s database in the CRM system for further convenient personalized customer experience.
  7. Responsible behavior for accumulating and reporting to senior authorities about customer feedback.
